13.15-16.00 Documenting behaviour support plans
Step by step, we write personalised, comprehensive, supportive plans for residents, introducing effective, researched strategies, inclusive of possible cross-cultural issues.
Maximum attendees – 6 registered nurses
This is a small, interactive program, to better support individual learning. You finish the day with a prototype care plan that is personalised, wholistic and that includes researched strategies to minimise the behavioural symptoms of dementia.
Attendees are requested to bring unidentified details of a resident with behavioural symptoms of dementia.
