Programs for Organisations

Contemporary practice and continuing professional development are cost effective, risk management activities for owners, operators, nursing administrators and nurse educators, as well as being legislative requirements.

No doubt, internal training and education may be cheaper, easier to organise, great for ensuring practice consistency across an organisation and identify staff requiring extra support.

Conversely, external services may offer growth and revitalisation of staff by providing different perspectives, updated practices and objective observations.

It is a balance, but supporting education is an investment for all.

Ready to go programs

We have designed cost effective, short lecture style sessions to ensure your nurses have access to the latest in evidence based older adult nursing.

If a topic of interest or need is not listed just call us. We can usually have a session developed within two weeks, with readings for extra CPD.

With any of the individual sessions your nurses will:

  • receive a handout of any slides
  • receive extra readings for more CPD hours
  • may email any questions to the facilitators
  • automatically print your CPD Certificate, with a unique identifier
