Overall Objective:
The participant should be able to discuss how behaviour terminology can undermine a nurse’s credibility; understand how the standard of care delivered to clients is determined through judicial interpretation of case notes; discuss how a forensic focus can benefit clients in circumstances such as elder abuse.
