Overall Objectives: There is an objective for each session but at the completion of all sessions you will be able to:
- Discuss the effect of ageing on pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and adverse drug reactions
- Identify drug groups of concern and nursing responsibilities
- Comment on the issue of using a medical text for nursing activities
NOTE:
Facilities (and groups of nurses working from the same facility) receive a discount of 25% on registrations of 5 or more, 40% discount on registrations of 15 or more, 50% discount on 15 or more and 60% on 20 or more!
A series of seven (7) sessions, to update the knowledge of RNs & EEN’s working with older adults in any health setting, as per the competency standards
These are lively, interactive sessions, not dull and boring!
