Refunds & Returns Policy

At Age Concern Pty Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality education and training programs that meet the needs of aged care professionals and organisations. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

All bookings and purchases made through our website are considered final. Because our services involve scheduled programs, digital content, and live sessions, refunds are generally not provided once a booking has been confirmed or access details have been issued.

2. Program-Specific Terms

Some courses, workshops, or consultancy services may have their own detailed refund and cancellation terms (for example, conditions relating to rescheduling, cancellations, or facility responsibilities). These specific policies will be provided at the time of booking and form part of your agreement with Age Concern.

3. Rescheduling

Where possible, we will work with you to reschedule an in-person or online session to a mutually suitable time. If rescheduling is not possible, the program-specific cancellation terms will apply.

4. Substitutions

If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may nominate another staff member from your organisation to attend in your place. Please notify us by email prior to the session date.

5. Digital Products & Online Courses

For pre-recorded webinars, online courses, or downloadable materials, refunds are not available once access has been provided.

6. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

All requests must be submitted in writing to info@ageconcern.com.au

during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEST/AEDT). Please include your booking details and the reason for your request.
